Shipping Policy
Products are made and packaged by hand. We aim for perfection when creating all our products. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
How much is shipping? Β Shipping fees are based on delivery location and the total weight of your items.Β
Standard shipping internationally is 7-21 business days and costs are based on USPS.
We are NOT responsible for customs fees and charges.
Package lost, stolen or damaged?Β If your package has been confirmed as delivered through USPS, and you have not received your order a claim will have to be filed with them. We are not responsible for STOLEN packages.
Once you file your claim, USPS will investigate to ensure your package was not delivered to the wrong address.
If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number will be uploaded which will display that your order had been delivered.
If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for paying a shipping fee (as we do not provide return labels).
Return & Exchange Policy: Β Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we do not offer RETURN/ EXCHANGE at this time.
When will my package ship? Β Β As we work diligently to ensure quality of these handmade products we ask that once your order is placed, please allow 3 business days for processing of your order before it shipped, even when choosing priority shipping. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to upload in the system.

How long does shipping take? Β Domestic shipping takes approximately 2-14 business days. International shipping may take 7-21 business days.
Shipping to warm Climate: Β We highly recommend ordering our whipped products to be delivered to an address where items will NOT be left in the heat for long periods of time.We CANNOT accept returns and we DO NOT apply refunds for products left outside to melt.

What do I do if a product is sold out? Β Β Unfortunately we do not have specific restock dates.Β You may sign up for restock notifications on the website.
