How is your Product Made?
All of our product are hand made, using USDA certified Organic ingredients and in small batches to ensure premium quality.
Do you use dyes in your Products?
We use Mica , Mica is a naturally occurring skin safe mineral. Mica powder is sparkly and may resemble glitter but it’s not. Mica is safe for all skin types and does not dye your skin in any way
Why the Color of your Product are always different?
Because at Freda Magic are very fun and Creative we enjoy making the same products in various of colors . But Regardless of the color or design, the healing properties are the same.
Payment: What are the forms of payment you accept?
We accept US based credits cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do accept PayPal.
My Shipping Address is Wrong!!
It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.
